For a cup, add 1 T of tea to 8 oz of just boiled water. Steep, covered for 10-20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
For iced tea, add 1/2 cup of tea to 1 quart of just boiled water. Steep, covered for 10-20 minutes. Strain. Pour over ice. Keep cold for 2-3 days.
For a pot, add 1/4 cup of tea to 1 quart just boiled water. Steep, covered for 10-20 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
